  • Harassment
  • Privacy violations

Security Violations

  • Unauthorized access
  • Hacking attempts
  • DDoS attacks
  • Vulnerability scanning

Network Abuse

  • Spam/bulk email
  • Email bombing
  • Open relays
  • Crypto mining (unauthorized)

Security Violations

Security violations are taken seriously and may result in immediate termination without notice and reporting to law enforcement.

Email Guidelines

Do

  • • Send only to consenting recipients
  • • Include accurate sender info
  • • Provide unsubscribe options
  • • Use proper authentication (SPF, DKIM)

Don't

  • • Send spam or unsolicited email
  • • Use purchased email lists
  • • Spoof sender addresses
  • • Send phishing emails
