Network Abuse
- Spam/bulk email
- Email bombing
- Open relays
- Crypto mining (unauthorized)
Security Violations
Security violations are taken seriously and may result in immediate termination without notice and reporting to law enforcement.
Email Guidelines
Do
- • Send only to consenting recipients
- • Include accurate sender info
- • Provide unsubscribe options
- • Use proper authentication (SPF, DKIM)
Don't
- • Send spam or unsolicited email
- • Use purchased email lists
- • Spoof sender addresses
- • Send phishing emails
