Our Services

BayFront Cloud provides managed IT services, cloud hosting, VoIP, cybersecurity, and software solutions. Specific details are in your Service Agreement.

Your Account

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • • Provide accurate, current information
  • • Keep your password secure
  • • Notify us of unauthorized access immediately
  • • Take responsibility for all activity under your account

Payment

Billing

Fees are due according to your Service Agreement (monthly, quarterly, or annually). We accept credit cards and ACH transfers.

Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest (1.5%/month or legal maximum). Services may be suspended for overdue accounts.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use services for illegal activities
• Send spam or malware
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Infringe intellectual property
• Interfere with other users
• Resell without authorization

Your Data

You Own Your Data

We only use it to provide services to you.

We Protect It

You Can Export It

Request your data anytime. After termination, available for 30 days.

Service Levels

We commit to specific uptime and support response times in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). If we don't meet those commitments, you may be eligible for service credits.

Warranties & Liability

What We Promise

Limitations

Services are provided "as is" for anything not expressly stated. We're not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months.

Termination

You Can Cancel

Provide written notice anytime. You're responsible for fees incurred and any minimum commitment periods.

We May Terminate If

  • • You breach these terms
  • • Payment is overdue
  • • You violate acceptable use

Disputes

We hope to resolve issues informally first. If that doesn't work, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Tampa, Florida under AAA rules. These terms are governed by Florida law.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
